Chronic respiratory disease (CRD) and air sac infections caused by Mycoplasma gallisepticum Bacteria Bacteria, Salmonellosis, fowl cholera caused by Pastorally multitudeand fowl typhoid:

400-800 mg per 4.5 litters of drinking water for 5-7 days
